You will need to Restart your Macintosh to use the PC Card you just inserted.  The driver for your previous network connection is still in use.

This card may be used with modem software by selecting Upper or Lower Card Slot for your serial connection.

This Multi-Function PC Card from Dayna Communications contains an Ethernet Adaptor and a Fax/Data Modem.  The Ethernet Portion may be used by selecting Ethertalk Alternative in the Network Control Panel.
